Description
We visited one of our favorite parks in Arlington, Mass. a few days ago, hoping to photograph cherry blossoms, which we haven't done since 2019. We ususally go around May 8th, but things have bloomed so early here that we decided to go in late April.
Unfortuately, a deep freeze that we had in early March apparently killed the cherry blossoms, since there were none on that beautiful tree. But the crabapples are apparently much hardier, because their flowers were so lovely, so I did a lot of shooting. I got some nice shots of white blossoms, then we walked around the back of the Town Hall building and discoved a pink crabapple tree I don't remember seeing before, and those blossoms were absolutely gorgeous. This is one of my favorites from the many shots I took.
Processed in Photoshop with Topaz Studio and a texture.

We planted a tiny Crabapple tree in our front yard, and though it is so small it seems very happy. I hope to see some blossoms this spring, in fact I'm quite excited about it!! lol Your image is so dreamy gorgeous, in awe. Had to revisit.
