Description

I shot these lovely cherry blossoms a few years ago in a park not to far from our home. We don't have cherry or crab trees, so I have to visit parks or botanical gardens to photograph them, and the season is very short. A couple of chilly or rainy days and they are gone.

I wanted a minimalist look so I lightened the image, used a touch of Topaz Impression2, and added a light texture at low opacity.

Nikon D700 with Nikon 105mm micro lens.
