I shot this lovely magnolia a few years ago when a dear friend with a beautiful magnolia tree invited me over to shoot as long as I wanted. I was in magnolia heaven! She no longer lives in that house and, sadly, the tree is gone as well. In the years since I have had many opportunities to photograph magnolias, but this image is still my favorite!
