Description

I love columbines! We have several varieties in our yard, and this one is a most prolific purple beauty that I can't get enough of! Fortunately, the plants do spread, and we are happy to find them wherever they land in our woodland garden.

I shot this lovely flower with my Lensbaby Velvet 85 with an aperture small enough to get more detail and not as much glow. Processed in Photoshop with On1 Effects 2020 and a number of textures.
