Description
Something wild and colorful for a dreary winter day here in Massachusetts! This image was taken last summer in our garden, where we were lucky enough to have Ruby Spider daylilies for the first time. They are so large and beautiful, and the plant is right in front of a large clump of black-eyed susans. This one appears to be reclining into it's backdrop, relaxing on a hot summer day. I wanted to give it an abstract treatment, so I used Topaz Studio with a couple of abstract filters.
