Description
These lovely beardless irises bloom in our garden almost a month after our bearded irises, and they are glorious.I believe they are Japanese irises, but I am not certain. The intense heat we had at the end of June shortened their already-short lifespan, so I was lucky to get this image of the last flower before it was gone.I wish I knew the name of the variety so we could get more of them, but they are a treasure while they last.
Processed in Photoshop with Topaz Impression and Topaz Studio, with textures added from Jai Johnson and French Kiss Textures.
Nikon D810 with Lensbaby Velvet 85 lens.
